On August 13, 2006 the Mono County Fisheries Commision planted 600 pounds of Brown trout in the West Walker River, as well as another 600 pounds of Brown trout in Lundy Lake. These fish all weighed in between 2 and 6 pounds each. This is just one planting in an ongoing effort to keep all the waters in Mono County populated with fish for the angling public. Now's obviously a good time to get up to these waters and hook-up with some nice Browns!!
