Today I received a killer e-mail from Jamie Lyle of Outdoor Specialty Products (OSP). Jamie and his wife Kristin are the owners of OSP and are the reps for some of the finest fly fishing tackle companies in the world. I'm sure you're all familiar with companies such as Smith / Action Optics, Outcast, Redington, Sage, Simms, Umpqua Feather Merchants and RIO Fly Lines, these are some of the companies that Jamie and OSP represent. With Jamie's help we have been able to get donations from these companies for the upcoming Fly Fishing Tournament sponsored by the Bridgeport Fish Enhancement Program. This tournament is scheduled for Sunday Oct. 8, 2006. These donations include Action Optics sunglasses, Outcast kick boat, Redington fly rod, Sage fly reel and lines, Simms Dry Creek Chest Packs, Umpqua California Deluxe fly selections, and RIO has already generously donated money for helping maintain the new porta-toilets along the East Walker River.

 

These donations are greatly appreciated from all these fine tackle companies, and Outdoor Specialty Products, and what this means to you is that there's going to be all kinds of killer swag for participants to win!! There are two divisions in this tournament, the "East Walker Division" and the "Float Tube / Boat Division". The East Walker Division is limited to 25 anglers and the Float Tube / Boat Division is unlimited and will be taking place on Bridgeport Reservoir.
