Bridgeport is located right about in the middle of deer hunting Zone X-12 (A-20). This section of the Eastern Sierra in California is well known for producing some fine quality Mule Deer.

The A-20 archery season generally starts on the thrid Saturday in August and the X-12 rifle season on the third Saturday of September. These are both limited entry zones and you will usually need to have our applications in by around the first of June. Whatever you do, don't delay too long after the new hunting licenses and applications become available or you may miss the draw deadline.
